Is a power bank included?

Will I feel the heat through a jacket?
Yes through jeans and a hoodie. A thick winter coat softens it, so leave the coat open at the back or tuck it up so you sit right on the pad. Start on high, then drop to low once you're warm.
Will it hold a bigger person?
Yes. The frame is 19mm steel tubing with reinforced joints, rated for 400 lbs. The seat is oversized, so you sit in it, not squeezed into it.
Is it hard to carry and fold?
No tools needed. It weighs about 18 lbs and folds to about 37 x 11 inches. It slides into the included bag with a shoulder strap and fits in most trunks.
